"That one night security has nothing better to do than get RESIDENTS cars towed out of the garage…. that you pay monthly for. Please do something about him. He is taking his rent a cop outfit a bit too seriously. This man is destroying your business STELLA APARTMENTS."

"Pros: I enjoy living here. Great amenities, spacious apartments, quiet community. The best service I’ve ever received from an apartment community. Would recommend. Location is convenient to public transportation. Central to DC and other parts of MD, and NoVa. Cons: Actual location feels remote, no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood at the moment due to construction. Dog walk isn’t all concrete which deters my dog from walking on the pebbles out back. Neighbors do not clean after their pets. Crime has increased, my vehicle was hit in the garage and I’ve seen other cars vandalized. Lots of unauthorized guests obtain access into the building. Security is not strict enough. Emails to staff often go unanswered."

"I have loved living in Stella! I cannot name a better complex. If I had any issues in my apartment, maintenance was quick to fix them. The building is very clean, quiet, well managed and maintained. I do not have any complaints!"

"Stella is a great place to live, I love the convenience of being close to so many mall shops, metro and train station. The amenities are beautiful and the social areas too. They really care about you, so they always fix whatever you need so quickly, if you have a complaint about something the people at the office always try to do it as fast as they can. They take good care of the building policies. I love the community meetings it makes us feel special. They are pet friendly. Even you have to pay and extra for parking lot your car is secure. We have been living here for 6months and I have no complaints, I love live in Stella apartments. The apartments are nice and comfy, they have laundry in unit, the ac/heat is in unit too, apartments have dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove and an island so you don't need a dinning table. If you are looking for a place to live close to DC and VA, this is a good fit."
