"My restroom was blocked for 8 month'sinds are still bad and lastly my fridge has being liking for 3yrs and I they are still unable to assist me ..... Below is and attached picture of how my toilet looked like and I had to pay someone to fix i my toilet for me .. So disappointing"

"Apartments are cheap but you get what you pay for. The laundry machines never work, management is incompetent, and neighbors constantly scream. My heat stopped working last winter and I was charged a huge utility bill. Recently a water leak above me destroyed my bedroom ceiling and caused electical damage leading to my fridge not working and all my food going bad. Property manager offered me a gift card even though my apartment was unliveable for days. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"Apartment complex is quite. Okay for the montlhy price. However, Rental office is NEVER in the office!!!! I mean NEVER! if you ever have a problem have to call them at other properties which is annoying. Been living here 9 years and this has ALWAYS been the case. This is one of the many examples been like this for two weeks and although they said they would fix it they have not…"

"Maintenance staff removed cracked toilet bowl from my apartment two weeks after I made the request of him in person. So water wasted all this time. The new bowl is smaller than the one removed. He left a grooved out space on the floor in front of the bowl. He also left pieces of bowl materials all over the floor. No clean up after himself. Just want Finian to see the conditions so I am not blamed for it,"

"I have been part of this apartment complex for over 4 years. I like my apartment and never had any big issues besides the normal maintenance stuff. I have referred 2 of my co-workers and they still live here as well. Its about a 10 minute walk to the orange line metro so that is good for me because I work in DC."
