Whetstone

"I am suffering from mice entering the place , we closed some holes in the kitchen wall, and now there is hole in the kitchen floor, and my request has not been taken into consideration. I hope to solve this problem sooner"

"I visit 3 different units in the Whetstone community, and they, for the most part, look just like the pictures that are posted. The kitchens in these units look like they are from the early 70s, and the air conditioning is non-existent on the top floor units. I've even seen window a/c units in the community. Building services doesn't usually respond, and when they do, they simply tell tenants to cover one vent to force cold air through other vents (which does not cool down the units). Using window units drives electric bills up excessively. The one-bedrooms are spacious, and the efficiencies are well sized for a single person. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Neighbors are kind and respectful. I hope the new management is more responsive than the old management (who almost never answered the phone and would give tenants a hard time with repairs)."

"I don’t really know how they manage that place but it impossible for them to pick up phone calls even when you left a voicemail massage with of all your information they will never call you back. I don’t know why they provided a phone number and not picking up calls."

"I've been trying to get in touch with the leasing office for more than two weeks now. Nobody is picking up my calls or is currently in the office. I've been to the property twice and the office has a notice that says do not knock on the door. How are we supposed to rent an apartment if nobody responds/answers calls?"
