"I love the complex peacefulness & the staff friendliness….i just think that for 1800+ the kitchen & bathrooms fixtures, flooring & counters & appliances should be updated/upgraded…stains on counters,,,cabinets pealing. I can hear my neighbors toilet flush, and every step they take above me. Toilets are very low & my washer doesnt clean my clothes good because it’s old. The gym is outdated, small and Claustrophobic, no pool, not kid friendly, no sidewalk to get to main entrance & cars speed around corner while walking my child to & fro from bus stop at entrance. The rental office has better upgrades in its kitchen & bathroom than the units. It’s just over priced. & I have high anxiety from paying high rent for a place that’s not worth the price. I would feel so much better if I were actually getting luxury for the cost."

"So you encourage me to apply for one of your apartments, but then after 3 weeks, I get no updates? Basically, SMC just takes 25 dollars from me and won't even look at the application. During this time, I got approved from 3 other apartments, and each of them only took 2 max 3 days to approve me."

"I have no complaints. I have been living here for approximately 3 months now with my S/O. We had three minor problems — (1) a disconnected dryer unit’s exhaust line, (2) a damaged/broken window blind and (3) a leaking faucet — that were all resolved in a timely manner within consideration. Recently, our elevator floor button was missing/damaged. This was resolved within 24 hours. Our unit has its own hot and cold AC with thermostat. I have not seen any rodents or pests. The parking lot does appear to be at capacity, but I have not had any troubles. Commute via bus is very difficult or tricky. The three closest bus lines (that I am aware of) — C8, R1 & R2 — seems to operate on a 30 minute frequency and generally stops running 11/11:30 PM. The K6 operates on a 15 minute schedule and has the latest cut-off time. However, it’s a good 7-10 minute walk. I have not had any issues receiving mail or packages. Carriers (Amazon, UPS, and FedEx) will either leave packages at our front door or in the lobby."

"The leasing consultant Krystal was extremely helpful in the entire process. The two bedroom apartments are very nice. The community is small and well kept. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We felt that Krystal was geniunie with us and after many years of renting we are happy to not have someone trying to “sell” us.
