"Don’t even wast your money. Leasing office always blaming maintenance, dishwasher been broken for months now I keep hearing the same excuses. Water is always leaking and my apartment smell like a swamp"

"There are no pros to living at this complex. Maintenance will leave your apartment door unlocked and unsupervised when contractors enter your home. They do not put shoe covers on when entering your home after being instructed to do so. The water never works, always turned off. Parking is horrible, your car will get towed unexpectedly. Towing hours are ridiculous. Several people have gotten their tires stolen. Rental office staff is incompetent. Believe the reviews!"

"It takes a lot for me to publicly come on here to give a 1 star review but unfortunately our circumstances have left me no choice. Please believe the reviews. We had No heat for over a week with children in the unit, once that got resolved it was the hot water that was out. We had mold in the unit with a newborn baby - it took many calls to the office to get it resolved. The maintenance manager ( Spanish guy ) and Heydi from the leasing office are extremely helpful but they can only do so much. There is always some type of maintenance issue going on which inconveniences the tenants. I understand things happen and the weather can impact the units - however there seems to be some type of serious issue every other week with no compensation to the tenants who pay money to reside in the units. This is REAL life for us. A lot of our neighbors have called the county to file complaints but the process can be lengthy. We were advised to get legal help if this continues."

"I really I don’t recommend this apartment It’s the worst place to live the leasing office is so rude the manager doesn’t even want to hear you Montanans is soooooooo poor they will never fix anything for long time The lady working in the office she wants me to move out because I told her this property is 1 star review I told her now I know why it’s 1 star I really want to see the property owner so I can show him the apartment and he’s leasing office needs management everything is broken they told me that they will fix everything soon it’s been 4 months since I moved in still nothing fixed I really want to move out The lady sitting on the left side she is really not respecting at all right now we are sitting outside because they have contractors working in the building. I wish I never moved here We got a lot of water in our room from the rain last night and called the office so many times no one answered And also everyone has the apartment keys They can open your door without letting you know so it’s not really your apartment I swear this is my biggest mistake that I did when I moved here it’s almost 1 year since I came a lot of stuff was broken so they told me they will fixed very soon but now it’s time for me to move and still nothing is fixed they don’t care at all I wish somebody comes me the corporate number so I can tell them our problem because the leasing office don’t care about it. I really need the corporate office number ?"

"Today I came to visit a loved one. Honestly I am so disappointed of the quality care Carleton East has been doing. This window has been broken for over a month and Laundry room flooded with distilled water that is hazardous to people health. No one should have to go through this. They have 24 hour surveillance camera. Today just walking by I saw 3 rats running into the broken window along with a stray cat. This put everyone in the building at risk of safety and health. Hopefully with this amazing 1 star review something will be done."
