"I am glad to see that within the past year there have been some changes made to this property. Walking into it last year, I was greeted with a stained floor on the main walkway to the first floor units. This has since been changed which is great as looking at a stained floor is not in my opinion the first impression that anyone would want in leasing this place. However, there are some other things that I noticed that may need the attention of managment including addressing the incessant sound of the fire panel by the front door, the damaged ceiling above one of the first floor units, clearer marked laundry with maybe a picture for the residents to see where to place their laundry products within the machine, regular service on the elevator as it hesitated when opening and closing and May or may not move when floors are pressed just to name a few. It is apparent that management does address some concerns as after the snow storm the walkways were clear but some attention to detail and clear resident policy expectations would be of a benefit to those who rent/live there and the peace of mind given to their respective family members."

"We recently attended a repast for a resident. OMG! The tenants are so sweet. I had a great time. These residents deserve a property manager that is truly committed to thriving senior residential property. They have a salon that hasn't been used for YEARS! AND, its not even advertised/listed as an amenity. My business partner and I would love to offer hair services for the residents. Please advise1 or 2 days a week for the salon."

"Beware of this complex. They are under new management and they have lost my Dad's checks twice. These checks came from his bank's bill pay service. After writing a another check, suddenly the check was found on someone's desk. They then tried to present the lost check (thank goodness, I stopped payment. The other check has not been found yet, so I have to stop payment and write another check."

"I love this place for security, maintenance, good personnel, prompt response to needs and accessability to public utilities. Fees goes up not good for the elderly."
