"DO NOT MOVE HERE. THERE ARE HOMELESS TEENS TRESPASSING AND LOITERING IN THE BUILDINGS BECAUSE THE SECURED DOORS DON'T WORK. THEY HAVE BROKEN WINDOWS IN THE STORAGE AREA. THEY HAVE PUT TRASH IN THE WASHING MACHINES.TENANTS ARE SCARED TO GO DO LAUNDRY IN BASEMENT.THE CLEANING LADY HAS STOPPED CLEANING MY BUILDING BECAUSE SHE'S SCARED OF THEM. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING. THE POLICE ARE HERE AT LEAST 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK. LAST NIGHT THE TEENS BROKE INTO AN EMPTY APARTMENT AND THE POLICE WERE CALLED AGAIN ALONG WITH AN AMBULANCE.DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"My roommate and I moved to Auden Place about a month ago and got a (big) renovated two bedroom. Upon signing the lease, I came and did a solo tour of the grounds and the unit we would be moving in to. After moving in, we received an inspection checklist and did have quite a few things that needed repair. However, all of the things were fixed within 2 weeks of move in! I was so amazed. They keep the grounds very clean, and clean the front entrance to your building weekly. It’s a very quiet community. The laundry room in our building has been kept clean and haven’t had any issues getting an available machine. The leasing agent Danielle could not have been better at helping and guiding me through the leasing process as this is the first time I’ve done it by myself. David, the property manager and James the maintenance manager are both great too! I would highly recommend giving Auden Place a chance. My roommate and I have been so pleased."

"I have been living in this apartment for 5 years, but since auden place took over it has been a disaster living there. First of the worst customer service ever, always extreme noise, not just that they dont even aware you when there will be a renovation that they will dig over your seiling or cut the water off. Unprofessional and over priced for nothing. 3 weeks later nothing has been changed. still noisy and lack of customer service. deciding to move out next month."
