"Been a resident for the last two years. The property is very clean. They have someone daily cleaning around the property.Ashley whom is the leasing manager has been amazing since I have been living here. She’s always so kind and very efficient when it comes to any of my needs. Also, the leasing staff do different activities to engage with their tenants, which I find really nice. The gym is nice and clean, they have security which great, pool is pretty and clean. 10/10 overall."
"Leasing Manager, Ashley Brown, was my first contact with Duvall. I was moving to Maryland from out of state and was searching long-distance for an apartment with very specific amenities I required. I already had one bad experience at another apartment complex where the leasing manager had completely misrepresented the apartment and I had to go through the process of canceling the move. With less than a week to meet my moving deadline for a new job, I spoke with Ashley and she told me about an apartment that would meet my requirements. I was hesitant due to my previous experience, so Ashley went above and beyond by videoing the apartment and the area around it. The actual leasing and move-in processes were seamless with Ashley and her team at the helm. She has continued to be helpful and always goes above and beyond. She has never made me feel that I was less important as a tenant after I moved here. Also, the maintenance team of Jimmy and Daniel have been great. Any of the maintenance projects have been timely and they always respect my home and me. I have only had wonderful experiences with them as well. Thank you!"
