The Mark at Brickyard Apartment Homes

"It's a nice enough place, but it's way overpriced. The walls look like garbage, and the carpet is somehow worse. The walls are even thinner than a hospital curtain. The additional fees make my ~640 sp ft apt just over $1700. That's outrageous, but it's one of the only places in the region that will take a dog that's over 30 pounds. And half the dogs in this apartment are untrained breeds against their lease. They pick and choose their favorite residents to enforce the rules on. And, I think they sell your information. Somebody with a private number (who then decided to text me, and conveniently doesn't have anybody available to talk to when you call) knows the exact ammount I owe on my rent, saying it's past due... yet it's not due until the 1st, and it's past due until the 4th. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease for another year."

"I am writing this review to share my experience w/ the maintenance team, specifically Carlos. I have lived here for 4yrs & he always deliver. No matter how small or how big, Im always provided with a resolution. The response time is is normally, next day biz day , no more than 24hrs & Carlos always go above & beyond. He definitely sets the bar , where maintenance is concern. Thank You!"

"This community is absolutely gorgeous. The location is super commuter friendly, the apartments are nicely upgraded and the leasing staff are hands down the best part of the entire property. Makayla and Fatima’s customer service skills are out of this world. They made me feel welcome and knew exactly how to sell the apartment. I would have loved to become a resident here at the mark but unfortunately do not qualify. I will most definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family members! 10/10 would recommend!"
