"Had a great experience here! Maintenance responded very quickly to calls usually same day. Management was also friendly and welcoming. Quite community. I loved that there was always a police presence with 2 cops living here. I felt very safe. My apartment was a nice size and had natural sunlight. Lots of closet space. No pests which was great! Wish I could've stayed longer."

"I am the type that write reviews however, I had to write this one because it was one of greatest experience that I have ever had with apartments. A very big thank you to Nicole Avera. She was awesome before and after I moved. So, before I moved in I was on the wait list. Honestly, my plan was to move into a different apartment but the extent to which Nicole communicated and checked on me made me had a rethink. On several occasions, she thanked for being patience. On the day that I moved in, she had a emergency situation but she still communicated via email and made sure that I was okay. She checked in with me until I settled in. She is just the best. I am not sure how long she has been doing this job. All I can say is that she is very good at what she does because she is doing so well. The apartment was in an excellent condition. The community is safe. The environment is conducive and convenient. I just cant say enough about this place."

"The property manager is all you could ever want in apartment hunting. Nicole is helpful, welcoming, and kind. It's TRULY a shame I couldn't end up living here (because now I have to settle for less), but I absolutely would based on the service she provided. The apartment was decent; I would be happy to live there based on that alone, too. The apartment is from the 70s but the carpets and appliances and everything else are renovated. BUT Nicole made my decision that much harder because I'm sure it would have been so easy and pleasant to live there under her management. These people are on top of their stuff. The other management staff (I believe Stevens, the guy from the name, is the other manager) are invested in their small, quiet community, so maintenance and other things are nothing to worry about. If there are any spots available here, snag it while you can because this might be the best apartment experience you could ask for (and apartment hunting is almost never fun in my experience; Nicole is truly exceptional!). Please give Nicole a raise."
