"I’ve been there less than a month the toilet is totally unsatisfactory it does not remove waste material adequately I continuously have to flush 3 to 5 times to remove all waste material two different service persons have attempted to solve the problem. The last person flushed it one time and said it was OK. This is totally unsatisfactory. you can visually see the upper reservoir is crooked the suction to remove the waste is almost nonexistent it is extremely disappointing experience. I feel as if I am not getting the value of my money thus far. There’s only one lock on your door to enter your apartment. They don’t tell you there’s a $80 charge for Wi-Fi every month. The sewage bill goes up every month you never get a water bill to review your usage. This place is infested with rats roaches and flying insects. Do not leave any food out because when you leave and come back, you discover that the rats has already had dinner. DO NOT MOVE INTO THAT APARTMENT COMPLEX IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!! Do not move into that apartment complex. The staff will be so super nice. They will be so super helpful in the beginning. But once you move in, if there’s any problems, they completely turn, their unprofessional uncooperative and really really mean.. they stole my Wi-Fi router. I went back to retrieve it two days after I moved out and they told me it had no value so they threw it away. There was supposed to write an inventory list of everything that was left in the apartment and anything of value. I was supposed to receive a letter with a time of 5 to 45 days to retrieve it. There is no lock on the front door. We had homeless and drug addicts, getting high and sleeping in our building. it was one of the worst living environments that I’ve ever experienced. You will truly regret if you decide to move into the complex trust me."
"I’ve been a current resident for two years now and I wished I’ve never moved here. Within the first year, I had the maintenance and pest control over my place for mice, hot water not running, when it rains my window leaks through and so many other issues in this complex. My ceiling has water damage already. Not to mention how they added $80 of amenities fees for a small gym that is not even worth going might as well go to your own, a playroom that isn’t even that good and a pool. The parking for residents sucks. I’ve recently got my car towed due to parking in the visitor spot, mind you I’ve only parked there for three hours and within that time frame it got towed. I thought they would have at least left a warning due to me being a resident but no.Let’s not mention the several of car breaks in that happen here. The only Good thing about this apartment is the location. Other than that I would highly not recommend moving here."
"We have only been here for a month and the dishwasher doesn't work. We already have bugs and a rat. Half the paint is chipped and looks like they spray painted on every surface before we moved in. There is paint splatter all over the router and windows and fridge. A light fixture and mirror was chipped upon our signing the lease among so many other things being poorly maintained. They forced us to sign a paper detailing a list of items in the apartment that were checked by the resident as good condition. When we took our walk of the apartment many of those items listed weren't in good condition at all and when we asked about it they said we had to sign the paper anyway even if it wasn't true. This happened after we already paid them first months rent but told us we need this paper before we can get our keys. They sent a flyer in our welcome papers stating we weren't allowed to put a mat down in our bathtub to stand or sit on because it might damage the finish but the finish is a drippy half finished mess that left spikes all over the tub base that have cut our feet and is already separating from the base. They send spam-like emails, constantly asking you to review them but you can't block the email because it also sends warnings throughout the week of "violations " residences have been doing, written as if it's actually a crime or the fault of the reader. To make matters worse, maintenance is taking forever and doesn't really respond to the tickets created in their system. It's insanely difficult to get a hold of anyone, which just makes it even harder to get anything fixed. They scheduled a whole renovation of the roofing in our housing complex for the entire Christmas and New Year's celebration time specifically. Didn't solve the problems before the holidays and now command us to shut our windows and avoid an undefined "work area" while people are banging on the roof during the holidays."
"Well.. my opinion regarding the stove repairs was a bit overwhelming seeing how much work it requires for the Electrician to do with the wall sockets and the circuit breaker wiring process was a lot of work to be done.. cutting the walls out to make adjustments for rewiring and restoring the breaker lines.. Next step to complete the job. Another contractor had to come in to paint the cut walls damaged.. Overall the job was well done at the end. Hopefully through the Leasing Office, We can receive credit on our rent for December due to we weren't able to used our stove and had to buy food at restaurants."
"I never pictured myself writing a review, ever, but my experience was disappointing. The community itself is beautiful, however, the leasing office staff is super unfriendly and not helpful at all. I scheduled an appointment to see a unit over the phone. The lady on the phone was super nice and gave me all the information about the units available, had an appointment scheduled, and emailed me a confirmation email. I arrived to the property at my scheduled time. From the beginning, the lady that sits on the left desk against the wall was super unfriendly and unwelcoming. She asked me if I had an appointment and went to look it up. She said she couldn’t find my appointment and that I would not be able to be helped or shown a unit due to other appointments that were scheduled at the same time. I showed her my email and she said she was unable to show me a unit but could tell me what available units they had (which the lady over the phone had already done). There was no one in the office. No one waiting to be helped. No one waiting to see a unit. I left the property after only 5 minutes of being there. I wasted an hour and a half driving to and from the property when I had already gotten the same information on the phone. In my experience, if the leasing office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful then the whole experience of living at a property is ruined. I do not recommend and am happy I had this experience so I can know to stay away."
