"I've been here 6 months now and am very pleased overall. My only complaint is at the end. 1. Neighbors are nice, quiet, and friendly. Lots of families. 2. Staff is responsive and helpful. They are available 6 days a week at least. You can request maintenance and request a specific day for them to come. They are prompt and work quickly. Any issues I have are solved quickly. 3. I have seen NO pests. 4. Plenty of natural light in my apartment. 5. Quiet environment. 6. Pool is clean and maintains lifeguards. Hours are limited, but worth it. 7. No gym, but comes with a free membership to a local one. 8. Parking is never an issue. My one complaint: The floors are super creaky in my building. With some cheap rugs, I have hopefully helped my neighbors below me, but my upstairs neighbors haven't. I haven't complained bc it isn't worth it to me. Hope this helps!"

"I'm writing this because I have been CLINGING to apartment reviews since I've been looking for a new place and they are truly helpful in making a decision. In short, I kinda love it here and if the kitchens were bigger I wouldn't leave. The area is safe, the staff has always been courteous and RESPONSIVE and maintenance always comes within 24hrs of submitting a ticket. There are NO PESTS aside from the occasional spider or centipede and the one time I had ants they took care of it at the source and eradicated the hill. I once noticed a wasps nests forming on my balcony, put in a ticket on a Saturday, left for a couple hours, came back and it was gone. The laundry service is the next best option to having an in-unit washer/dryer and the grounds are well kept. Noise is at a minimum, people generally clean up after their pets, don't keep a lot of junk on their balconies and the common areas aren't abused. Trash rarely ever overflows, parking is abundant and I've never been nervous to come home late at night. The only con is a couple years back they started charging for water, trash and some random "statement" fee and it added an additional $50.00 a month to my rent. Considering how reasonably priced this place is I really don't mind. You should def move here."

"first off, the staff is SO helpful, don’t believe any reviews telling you otherwise. katarina specifically made sure we were all taken care of through every step of the way, even stayed overtime to make sure we moved smoothly. maintenance is super fast and efficient with requests! office is open everyday, location is perfect close to every attraction nearby + highway. pool is amazing, laundry (specifically the dryers) could be better won’t lie but plenty machines for everyone to use. haven’t used the gym yet but also a good feature! i will say due to being by the forest-y area toward the back, mice have appeared in the apartment. however, maintenance is quick with accessing the unit and putting down any traps if needed. i would 100% recommended someone live here."

"Myana in the front office is great but Lindsey is awful and shouldn’t be in charge of anyone. We called to set up laundry valet and the only time we have issues is when she answers the things phone. When requesting services she rudely tells us “You know you can do laundry yourself.” we already know that but we like the idea of the service as we work hard to pay the rent here. It saves us time out of our day. She always schedules us really far out but when we called the same day and spoke to someone else we got quicker services... so either she doesn’t know her job or she picks and chooses residents to accommodate. We use to like living here but she has made our experience bad."

"We've been living here for about two years. The steps on the building needs repairs, the mice are acting as if they're residents, the staff is very rude. The only plus is the pool. Otherwise I wouldn't even bother with these people. They lazy. The laundry room be taking folks money and not to mention half of it closed during the week. Don't move here"
