"The rental office staff and manager are rude and they are liars. The floors are super thin, you could hear a pen drop. I’ve never seen an apartment with floors as thin as the ones here. Parking is horrible. You have to park outside of the complex or pay to park like we are in the city. I’ve seen someone get towed who paid for parking… All of the upgrades are cheap. The vinyl flooring is a joke. They will move you into an unfinished apartment so beware. Money hungry. Good luck getting anything in your apartment replaced. This place is a joke!"

"The property maintenance team at Parke Laurel is five stars! These guys are kind, honest, and hardworking, which I believe goes unnoticed. Management, how about a day or event to thank them each year for smoothing out all the bumps and making it possible for residents to live comfortably at Parke Laurel? Lewis, in particular, is a true hero. When I left my car and apartment keys inserted in the lock to my apartment overnight, he noticed and alerted me of this dangerous situation. On another occasion, when I struggled to bring in my newly purchased desk to my apartment, Lewis and his colleague stepped up and carried my desk right into my apartment to the spot where I wanted it placed. This attention and assistance wasn't part of their job, nor was it based on familiarity or friendship. Lewis and his colleagues at Parke Laurel care about the property and the people who live there. Bravo, Parke Laurel!"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The staff will straight up lie to you about fees to get you to sign a contract. The trash fee is $12 a month per resident for them to profit off of having the trash truck come once a week - shocker, it’s not enough and there are bags all over the ground every week. I’ve got water coming through my ceiling from rain, towel racks fall right off, nails sticking up out of the carpet, balcony isn’t level, bathtub is peeling apart… too many issues to list. Worst of all the crime is awful. Someone broke into 10 cars last night and shattered windows, I woke up this morning to my car on milk crates and my wheels gone. There’s supposed to be a security officer here every night that we are paying for. Do not move here. Do not give this company Morgan Properties your money. Do. Not. Move. Here. I wish I could give negative stars."
