"The mice issue is getting out of hand and they never send anyone out to do anything about it even though they are chewing through the walls and carpet. Ceilings were leaking and looked like they were gonna fall in and they said someone was coming and no one ever showed up. Rats at the dumpster make you not wanna even go near it to take your trash out they’re HUGE. Will be moving soon I don’t recommend moving here if you have children or can’t deal with the mice issue when it gets cold or the slow responses when you need something done because I had to put the traps down myself, replace them , put poison pellets down and stuff the holes myself when I shouldn’t have to do that when they have people they pay to come out and do this for us."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Please don't let this SLUMLORD property & unprofessional staff fool you! There is black mold & dust not in just my unit but all units!! (per the maintenance crew) Ive been here for almost a YEAR maintance has not came out since APRIL!! My son and I have been sick off & on with respitory infections since we moved here!! Ofcourse theres rats & roaches in mostly ALL units too! I found this out through maintance as well! Thats is when they (maintance) are doing their job and not having intercourse & fratinizing with ALL the women on the properry including the ones in the front office! As soon as they figure you dont want to give them any they dont want to do any more work in your apartment! THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"The office has definitely had have its turn over .. but I’m always greeted by Rhonda .. she’s absolutely warming and a pleasure to speak with! If she can not fix my issue she always direct me to the right person. The property has truly improved with security.."

"My experience has been phenomenal! Office staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! Rhonda was an absolute delight and assisted me tremendously with the leasing process. The property is beautiful and well-kept. The maintenance staff went above and beyond with assisting me during move-in and handled all of belongings with great care. I can not thank everyone enough for all their help and being attentive to all my needs to ensure a pleasant experience from the start. Looking forward to continuing these positive relationships during my residency with Arden Pointe Apartments."

"I’ve now gone 3 nights without heat where temperatures have reached 21°. My apartment’s inside temp has been between 60° - 61°. This is all the result of an dirty filter in the furnace. I woke up to smoke and my fire alarm ringing around 1:15am Monday, 12/20. I called 911 and left my apartment. 3 fire trucks came out and spent almost an hour investigating the source of the smoke. They checked each apartment before coming back and telling me the smoke and gas smell is only coming from my unit. Strange right? One of the guys turned on my heat which was on auto, waited a few minutes and saw the smoke and smelled the gas again. He opened the utility closeted and commented on how dirty the filter and vents were. He asked how long I had lived here (1.5 years) and if I ever saw anyone change these filters (I hadn’t). They told me I should keep the heat off, open my windows, call the emergency maintenance line, and have them come change the filter ASAP. If I turn the heat on again, whatever dirt and dust in the filter will burn and cause a fire. I called immediately and reported what happened. I was told they would “relay” the message. Maintenance called back and said someone would be at my place at 9am Monday morning. After work on Monday, I found out no one came so I called again. I was told the same information. Again no one came. Today, 12/22/21 makes it 3 nights I’ve gone without heat. I’ve called 4 times already. This is ridiculous and your management needs to do better."
