"I haven’t been to the store, but I had the misfortune of trying to order online. I paid over $100 for a bottle on May 11th. On the 13th I sent an email inquiring about my order since I hadn’t received a shipping notice. This morning (May 16th) I received a cancellation notice for my order because the store decided “it might be fraudulent”. So basically, radio silence for 5 days and then an order cancellation. Not a good way to do business at all. Edited because I cannot reply to the business owner: I’m looking at my original order right now and my name and address for billing AND shipping match EXACTLY. Obviously, I won’t post a screenshot because that wouldn’t be safe. But they match. I never got a request for an ID nor did it say anything about that in the checkout process. You never once reached out to me about any of these issues (even though the addresses match so that wasn’t an issue as you claim). I even went back and checked my spam messages. No ID request anywhere. I’m not going to waste my time arguing back and forth because it doesn’t seem that you want to offer any kind of actual customer service. They had the lowest price on the bottle I was looking for so I went with them. It was a mistake. You get what you pay for. There are plenty of other liquor stores in the area. I’m taking my business to one of them and I would suggest that anyone else just keep that in mind as well."
