"My Dad lived here and it started out really nice. There was a management office staffed 5 days a week with some community activities for residents to participate in. 3 years later a new management company has taken it over and it is not good. Abandoned car on the lot with blown out windows sat much of last winter. Mouse infestation going on 2 years. Exercise room had broken equipment that was blamed on COVID, but never repaired afterward. Management was not enforcing code requirements with regard to who was occupying the units (occupants under 55). The maintenance crew is really the only reason I give it one star. They continued to try their best. Look elsewhere."

"UPDATE 10/21...SO WHY IS THE TRUCK WITH NO TAGS STILL IN PARKING LOT???? Also trees have fallen 3 wks ago and still have not cleaned up..rwsidents can not even walk around to back of the property.....TERRIBLE. Original review was 8 months ago ------I thought this place was so nice when my relative first moved in there. But over the past year that has changed. 1st off..they have very limited visitors spots ans they have had a yukon truck with no tags in one of them for over 6 MONTHS now. People have told office staff and they have done nothing. 2nd thing...office staff not hardly in and hard to get a hold of and lack in getting back to the residents.also office staff not friendly at all. 3rd community room barley open and now they limited laundry room hours.and can only use 8 to 4 mon thru fri...and wkends completely closed. Only have 3 washers and 4 dryers yet many residents live here so not easy for all of them to get laundry done. 4th..they took alot of their chairs out in lobby area. This is a senior apt building and they need places to sit when waiting on rides and such. 5th elevator {they only have 1} and has broke down several times in past year. So people who use walkers or have trouble walking are then confined and cant get out. 6th..supposed to be smoke free inside yet its not. Residents smoke in apts and you can smell in hallways...what about elderly who are on oxygen....This place is not cheap at all....my mortgage cheaper then their 1 bedroom apts and they hike up every year..i know several who have had to move. They pay all this money and for what?? This place has gone down hill.."
