"Very unprofessional staff. They told me to pay application fee with money order or certify check. When I went back with the money order they said it had to be a certified check.. the did not apply the cashier check until the next day. But I went online and paid the application. Fee of $25 online with my bank card. Filed the application on the 24th Tuesday, was schedule to see apartment on the 26 Friday with appt. When I arrive they said it was not ready that they would give me a call when I could see it. I called on Tuesday and still was not ready. On Wednesday I decided to canceled the application.i requested my cashier check be return and I have heard from them. Will be filing court paper for that check if I do t hear anything by Monday. This offices running the apartment complex should not be allow to mistreat clients because moving and finding a place is already hard. When people cancel application management should call client and get an update of why they canceled. It would really help you get good workier. Thank you"
"My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Lolita. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable with regard to the apartment complex and its availability. She was an outgoing, thoughtful, and sincere professional. She deserves a promotion for how well she handled our tour and inquires."
"Had a tour with Star and Tabitha on Saturday January 20 . Touring the property was great. Star provided excellent customer service very nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable. It got hectic at one point with so many walk ins however Star handled it with grace. Had the opportunity to meet Tabitha she was extremely helpful as well. She knows the property very well and went above and beyond helping me. I would recommend this property"
"Pros: Tabatha was awesome to work with. The apartment itself is nice and a great size (except for how they painted the doors, they don’t fit in the frame now and are loud and sticky and chipping, pic attached). We love the screened in porch. Area is quiet and green. Cons: Management is awful to work with. No one responds to emails or contact forms. I’ve had multiple extra charges on my account and no one has responded to my multiple requests for management to explain and or remove these charges. The amenities are non existent. The pool was always dirty and the lifeguards were lazy. The gym is in awful condition and didn’t have A/C for most of the summer. When I would ask the leasing office I only got the classic “we’re working on a solution and we’ll have it addressed in a couple weeks.” They changed the gym hours from 24/7 to only leasing office hours. This gym is in its own building and has a scanner for the app they use here to open it. I don’t understand why it’s not 24/7 and when I asked the leasing office they told us it was temporary. That was back in July and it’s almost October. The valet trash you’re required to use is almost useless and you can’t opt out. You’re only allowed to put the trash out for 1 hour each day or you can be fined $500. They don’t pick up Fri and Sat so you have to take it yourself. Trash is always dropped and left around the property. The stairs are gross and almost oily. There is constantly trash around the buildings and the landscaping is barren and unkept everywhere except for the front. You’re required to use XFINITY and get their bundle with TV and there’s no way out of it. If you’re still going to live here after reading all this, make sure you read the lease page by page. There are so many “fees” that they don’t mention."
"Pros: apartment itself is nice enough. Base price for apartment is competitive. Don't have any major maintenance or pest problems Cons: With the new customer portal, they charge a 2.5 percent service fee for automatic payments. This is about 600 dollars a year *Edit: this is only with credit cards.* I tried asking the staff about it and they had no idea what I was talking about Staff is quite unresponsive with fixing issues. My neighbor piles garbage outside his door, I have asked the lease team about it multiple times and it has not been resolved. I have brought up other issues too that they have ignored. The gym is poorly maintained. The lawn is sometimes overgrown."
