"I wouldn't rent from them. They don't even give you the correct information. I called yesterday and was told they had 2 bedroom apartment that would be available. Asked who do I make the money order out to, she said Fairlawn Apartments. Told me to bring proof of income. Called this morning to confirm my appointment. She said I don't work on Monday maybe she knows something I don't. They are not even on the same page. They don't deserve any stars."

"I loved living at fairlawn apartments i didn't have any problems at all it was clean and quiet the staff was very friendly and helped me with any issues I had and Furthermore first chance i get I'm gonna try and move back in if they have any more one bedroom apartments open for rent"

"Lived here in 2014/2015. Best apartments we lived in in Anne arundel county and Baltimore county. Management did their job professionally, maintenance kept the area clean. Neighbors were good for the most part. Some neighbors were noisy, but overall kept quiet and to themselves."

"Have lived here for 10 years already and also haven't ever had any issue with bedbugs, thank god. The management are nice and professional, they are on top of everything when pipes busted underground we were put into a nice place while they took care of and basically renovated our apartment, so new everything upon returning. It's nice and quiet here and peaceful. Especially love the huge closets enough to store all of our clothes ,even the clothes being saved for a smaller frame sometime lol, Anyways if your looking for a nice big floor plan apartment, this is the place for you."

"Loaded with bedbugs. I hear the treatment should be done 3 times at 2 week levels. They are not. The tenants are being stood up and then it has to be rescheduled. Been more then a year for many of them to get the bed bug situated under control, not gone . The office will tell you they'll be there and then a no show. The tenants are asked to wash every stitch of clothing and put in dryer. Bag everything up and remove everything off walls. Pull all furniture away from wall. They are told to vacuum every day.The tenants do all this and then they just don't show up. Quite a hardship. These tenants need help and maybe fairlawn should screen their tenants better. Try making a surprise visit on their previous residence before you approve them or do they just don't care."
