"We are so happy we chose The Malvern School West Norriton for our daughter. The teachers are so friendly, you can tell they pay attention to each child and their personality. I love the focus on education, and the health bulletins they post to keep everyone informed of any sickness going around. The daily reports and photos are great. They also easily accommodate any change to our schedule as my husband doesn't work typical hours or days."
"The Malvern School - West Norriton has been really good for both of my children who both have different needs. The teachers and Leadership at the school have been very nurturing and caring and have always been willing to work with us and our kids' needs. The school is extremely inclusive and genuinely care about the children. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for a family like environment and tends to each individual child's needs."
"I *LOVE* The Malvern School of West Norriton! All three of my kids went there and my youngest is still there in Pre-k. The Teachers, The Directors and the staff are so very nice and friendly! They're GREAT with the children! It's feels good knowing my child is in good hands when I drop them off. I would definitely recommend The Malvern school to any parent looking for a Daycare or Preschool:)"
"My daughters have been attending this Malvern school since they were infants and they love it! It is wonderful to know that they spend their days with teachers that they love while getting an exceptional early childhood education. They can't wait to go to school in the mornings and come home happy! I would recommend the Malvern School to any parent with a pre-school aged child."
"Both my kids attended Malvern up till a couple years ago when the company I worked for closed it's doors and I decided to stay home with the kids. We still have many friends from Malvern and everyone I know who's there loves it. I have to say that everything at that school starts at the top with Monica and it is great because of her. We never had a negative experience there (and we were there for 2 years). If I were to go back to work full time I wouldn't hesitate to enroll the kids at Malven School again. I'll try to answer all your questions, but if I've missed anything or you'd like to discuss further please don't hesitate to reach out. When we started at Malvern with our first child we wouldn't have survived without the knowledge and expertise of the ladies in the infant room. When the kids were sick or having sleep issues they gave us so much advice it was almost as good as having my mom around every day! And our kids built friendships so strong that they still see their friends from Malvern a couple times a month even though they aren't together anymore. I never had any safety concerns. One of the great things about Malvern is they are large company with many schools and are in the business of childcare so the resources they have are far greater than an in-home or single location child care facility. Their security systems and protocols are a great example of how they've fine-tuned a great system that protects the kids above all else. I've never had an issue with special medications or snacks but I have friends there whose children have asthma and peanut allergies and they've been satisfied with how Malvern takes care of those issues. They offer special nut-free tables for those kids to eat at to be safe. Plus you're able to work directly with Monica to make sure your child's needs are met. I must say that we were SO lucky to have great teachers our entire time there. They were so wonderful with our kids. I'm still in touch with many of them and have even had a couple of them babysit our kids in our home. As with any child care center - each teacher has different personalities, deals with situations differently and bond with your child in a unique way. But as I said earlier - the key to success at Malvern is Monica Jenkinson. She hires the teachers and sets the tone from the top. And if you ever have a problem of any kind, she is there to listen and resolve the issue. It's a big decision to choose how your child will be cared for while you're at work. While the Malvern School may not be the right fit for everyone, we've had nothing but great experiences there and feel so lucky that our kids had 2 wonderful years with Monica and each of their teachers. This probably sounds like I work for the Malvern School or for Monica. I can assure you I don't and I didn't even know Monica when we enrolled in her school. But, because of the great care we had at Malvern, Monica and I developed a friendship that has lived on since our departure."
