"I’m loving The Spring at Reston!!! Both Lori and Jennifer have been nothing but amazing from the application process Down to my move in in late June. As a mother and a pet owner I have been so welcomed. Even the maintenance team and building cleaning team always wave hello or pet my pup. The office is always ready to answer any questions or concerns and always follow up in such a professional and timely matter and genuinely value you as a tenant."

"The community is very nice, the office employees are very helpful. I’m most thankful for the property manager and maintenance, they are amazing. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I been living here for more than 4 years and I never once had a problem with them what so ever. These apartments are amazing and I do recommend living here as a first time home."

"UPDATE 08/13/23: I moved out and my girlfriend is now dating me again. UPDATE 10/13/22: It’s been a week since I asked to meet with the manager. I’ve been reaching out to them to discuss the terms of terminating my lease early primarily because they sent maintenance workers to my apartment without giving any notice. My girlfriend was there all alone and she didn’t even know they were there until I saw the ladder leaning against my balcony from the outside and pointed out. The management team has been negligent of any concerns raised by me. The service is beyond pathetic. There is no response to any emails. No call backs to any voicemails. And now, even meeting them in person isn’t fixing anything. Save your money. Go live somewhere where the team will actually address your concerns. The cheap rent isn’t worth it when you have to spend extra money on basics that they promised to provide to you. Should any of you need more evidence of negligence, conversations, emails, etc. please reach out to me. I have recorded EVERYTHING."

"Do you love the game gunshots or fireworks? How about cockroach, mice, ant, or bed bug infestations that take weeks to remedy? Or do you love when you need to call your landlord but they outsource your calls to people who don’t know what or how to do simple things like maintenance requests? Then you’ll love Lerner Springs! They are a wonderfully ghetto apartment complex that will paint over any problem you have with their landlord special! I especially love when I’m told I’ll get a call back, and never receive one :D Also the washer and dryers are always broken, and the card machine to fill it is broken and they always say they’ll fix stuff and then get taken over by some new management that will never help you. This is the worst place to live in Reston. The unit next to us has been vacant for months and it’s not even surprising. I can’t wait to leave this place."
