"I love living here. It’s in the perfect location. The construction noise next door is annoying sometimes, but the staff and some of the other residents in the building make up for it. The leasing manager Marisa started doing these wine nights every month which I literally look forward to each month. The staff is amazing, especially Nadria and Jackie! They are so attentive and so kind. I just renewed for my 4th year and as long as everything stays the same, I plan on continuing to renew."

"Attention all urban dwellers: Your search for the perfect apartment ends here. After six months of calling Bainbridge Bethesda my home, I am sharing my overwhelmingly positive review. From my initial inquiry and tour of the building, I felt like I was part of a true community. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, and they truly care about making sure that every resident feels comfortable and happy in their home. This top notch customer service flows seamlessly to the front desk concierge staff, maintenance crew and cleaning staff. Let's talk about the location. Bainbridge is nestled in the heart of Woodmont Triangle in downtown Bethesda. Everything I need is within walking distance (Trader Joes, Giant, Marriott HQ, OrangeTheory, Woodmont Grill, Bethesda Row, red line metro…etc). The convenience and walkability factor is off the charts! Now, let's talk about the apartments themselves. They are an absolute dream come true. The moment I stepped inside my unit, I was blown away by the sleek modern design and attention to detail. My particular unit (one bed one bath) had a large balcony on the 15th floor with 10ft ceilings! The layout is spacious and well-thought-out, with ample natural light flooding in from large windows that offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. Additionally, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the common areas are impeccably maintained, well lit, and quiet. I couldn't ask for more in terms of amenities. Truly next-level. The 15th floor fitness center has all the necessary equipment with an unbeatable view, making it a joy to work out and stay healthy. The rooftop terrace is a haven for relaxation, with cozy seating areas around a gas fire pit, a sparkling pool, and stunning panoramic views that take my breath away every time I step up there. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day and watch the sunset over the city from the 18th floor. Let's talk about the tenants. The residents here are diverse, friendly, and welcoming. From young professionals, couples starting a family and dog lovers united, all of my interactions with the other residents have been very respectful and mature. There are regular community events organized by the management team, providing opportunities to meet and connect with neighbors, and fostering a true sense of belonging. Noise from units above/below/side to side has not been an issue for me or those that I have spoken with. It is worth noting that an apartment complex is being built on one side of the building with an expected completion around Fall of 2024. My unit was on the other side of the building, so I was not affected by any construction noise during work hours. Ultimately, I can't say enough good things about Bainbridge. I feel incredibly fortunate to have called this place my home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch apartment living experience outside of DC. "Great building and neighbors. I rarely have maintenance issues and when I do, Christian the maintenance supervisor takes care of them in less than a day. Nadria at the front desk is extremely accommodating. Some of the amenity areas need an update since they are older compared to the new apartment buildings in the area, but aside from that I love my apartment. I know a lot of people have complained about the construction but as someone who works from home and directly faces it from the 5th floor, it’s rarely so loud that it bothers me during my work calls. Windows have pretty decent soundproofing and it’s kinda fun to watch everything going on outside."

"I loved living here when the old manager Joy was here, but she left and this place was without a steady manager for a long time. I actually thinking about not renewing my lease for this year. There's a new manager now and things seem to be going a bit more smoothly, we have started to have resident events again, and there is more communication. I'll probably be renewing again since things are more back to normal."

"Bainbridge Bethesda is literally the bane of my existence. They just sent out an email to residents to write a 5 star review for a chance to win a gift card, but I need to be honest. All of the staff is unhelpful, mean and unfriendly. The place is full unprofessionalism. I got yelled for submitting an emergency maintenance request on weekend, despite the problem being an actual emergency. There is no longer a package room because residents are forced to pay for the Fetch package service and schedule a second delivery from Fetch to your apartment, which I find really inconvenient because of the delays. The worst part was the poor planning when all of the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors expired in the building at the same time. Instead of preparing ahead of time, they waited to order them when the detectors expired and they ended up being backordered. The alarm beeped nonstop for 3 days. and maintenance's solution was to REMOVE the alarm from the wall, which would put our lives at risk and break the law. I had to speak to the fire department, who were more than helpful, to get me a temporary detector so I could actually sleep and be safe. The fire department was extremely friendly in helping me navigate these broken safety codes because they understood the dangerous implications of apartments not following fire and safety regulations. I also feel uncomfortable that non-residents can easily access enter the building and residential floors without verification(i.e. delivery men, guests). Stay far away from this place that does not care about resident safety."
