"You need to really find a new property manager she has know communicating skills with the tenants I know about about 7 tenants that are not renewing their lease because the property manager is unprofessional....I never seen it where a property manager sit underneath the bridge by the apartment and smoke cigarettes it gives the apartment complex a unprofessional look apartment complex is a place for comfort but it's also a place for business because it is an investment to the investor... She also lets people sit on the side of the building and do whatever it is that they want to do that don't live there and they have the smallest parking lot any rules on the parking lot are very complicated so that's where you get your car towed I know me and a few other people are not renewing at least....
