"If you're moving from out of state, I would pass on this property. Initially we loved it and thought it could be a great home for our family, but after submitting our application we were told we HAD to come in person to show ID. Which isn't reasonable as we live across the country. While of course I understand the need to check our IDs, I can't understand why a photo or scan won't suffice until we arrive. We have lived in two other states and never had an issue with uploading a scan or photo. Again, we loved the property, but suggest you don't waste your time with them if you're moving from another state. I was also confused after looking up the system they claim to use, CheckID, because it says this process can be done "from anywhere in the world". Overall I was very disappointed with my experience, considering all of the great reviews and in particular a review from a tenant that claimed they just moved to the property from out of a state and had no issues."

"I been here for 2 years and I can say the new management and the staff is awesome. They throw lots of events for the community and is always in tuned with the residents. I can honestly say there is no place like home I want to give a shout out to Belinda and especially Millah for always being kind and giving me all the information I need. I love this community and the staff just makes it better thank you Millah, Monae, Belinda. Also the maintenance staff is great thank you Marco,Mohammad and Miquel. You are all awesome….."

"Had an amazing in office interaction today with the ivy staff. I moved here recently and had some concerns about the lamp posts outages throughout the community. There are areas that are really dark at nightime. I spoke with Monet who assured me things are being addressed and underway. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. As promised she communicated through every update up to the lights being repaired and working. I can give kudos just as I can be critical."
