"Beware people. It is the worst complex you could ever see, with the worse manager also. Everything is old there and roaches, bed bugs, mice and rats are plenty all year long. They charge you a huge deposit, and no matter how well you leave the apartment when you move out, they do everything they can not to refund you a dime. People beware!"
"This place had allowed someone to die in their almost completely flooded apartment and they knew that the ground floor flooded 3 YEARS before Ida passed through. They never did anything in between the first flooding incident to now, that shows you how much they care about their tenets. They only care about the money and not the resident's safety nor health (mold, insect infestation etc.)"
"Obama care wont work. Make sure you can afford good health insurance to live there. managements wont see them after you sign the lease and move. Also, if you have no problems in your life, and you have a lot of free time, this is perfect place for you. It will make you busy looking and wondering who the fxxx manages that place. also, you will spend a lot of time cleaning and making a place to sleep peacefully without bites. by the way, I am talking about 3 days of experience. So good luck. It is a huge shame that these sort of places exist in such a great country like the US."
"Roach & mice infested. Management won't do anything about it either. We have called. We have sent certified letters. All to no avail to get any action taken! Just another typical management company slumming up what has the potential to be really nice apartments! Such a shame!"
"We haved lived there for over a year now and signed another year lease. We both love our apartment. It is true there are some roaches but we keep out apartment very clean and do not have this problem at all. Plus, building are in woods, it is quiet normal you will have something come to you. Nevertheless, we don't have roaches as we keep our place clean - wish all tenants did that and i am sure there won't be any. Birds have created a nest on our balcony and we are waiting for the eggs to hatch :) It is what you make this apartment, we saw potential there and are glad we picked it for our first home. And for the price, it is worth it. The minus are loud neighbors upstairs but cannot have it all."
