"One of the reasons I applied for an apartment here was because of the great reviews about the management, and they definitely are accurate. From the moment I sent in my inquiry, within minutes I got a call from Maria and she had answered all my questions and set up a tour to accommodate my schedule. On my first visit to the leasing office Armando the manager greeted me in the friendliest and professional manner and Maria kindly took the rest of my information to complete my application. It is very obvious that they treat people very well here. Looking for a place and applying for a lease is stressful enough, they definitely make the experience a pleasant one. "I can’t express the eternal gratitude that Ms. Pearson has earned. From the very first time I called to tour their property, application process, securing my apartment and also being patient and understanding enough to give me enough time to weigh all my pros and cons. I was leaving a placed my son called home. After new management took over, the rent increased an extra $300. I needed a place that gave me a piece of mind. Room where my son can run, be free and let me tell you, best decision I made was to come to Halpine. I’m paying less than what I did for a one bedroom. I have a room and den big enough to be a room with a window and huge closet (it practically is another room) washer and dryer, and patio. Let me tell you how happy my son was to be on the first floor. He can do all the jumping he wants! Not only are we a few minutes away from the trails. There’s parks, convenience store and 5 minutes away from target. Maria thank you for all your patience throughout this time. Can’t wait to see what halpine has to bring to us."

"I just signed a lease with Halpine View apartments after my partner and received my keys today! After seeing 5 different nearby apartment complexes nearby, Halpine was the clear winner for us. Maria from the office showed us around, and she has made us feel so welcome and respected. I needed help with a few things during the application process, and Maria was always so helpful and quick to respond. This was the first place we visited that felt like home, and it seems that the people in the office really care about the tenants. The apartment we went with is recently renovated and spacious. There’s a large balcony with a good bit of privacy thanks to the wooded area that surrounds the apartment complex. We love that it has a walking trail and is close to the metro, but we really loved that we could get a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for less than the price of some 1-bedrooms we saw!
