"We lived at Elme (used to be assembly Herndon) for two years. The apartments are really in a bad condition, old and worn out. Appliance break all the time and there are leaks and holes everywhere. You can not get away with bugs and cockroaches. Throughout our time, we probably called office 20 times. Each time the pest control came, their effort was useless. When they sprayed our apartment, cockroaches would move either to the unit next to us or the unites downstairs. When the pest control went to spray their apartments, they would come back to our apartment. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE. Avoid the headache and find another place else where."

"I am very disappointed about the management of this place. They don’t care about tenants and their concerns at all. On call Staff is very disrespectful. I don’t know what’s more important than reporting there is a rodent in the unit. However, they kept on ignoring my concern about the rodents in the unit for the past three weeks. They don’t even follow up with the issue . They just ignore it. I won’t put up with this. They can’t leave tenants with children with rodents in the unit. There will be a consequence for their ignorance for sure."

"Nice place to live but the management doesn’t really care about you, neighbors are sometimes VERY noisy and no one does anything about it. Gym is very very dirty all the time, no one bothers to have it cleaned. There are moths in your house no matter how clean you keep it. But again they won’t do anything about it. On top of all that they increased the rent by almost 10%. It’s a joke"

"Just called to inquiry about availability and pricing, the male representative on the phone was disrespectful and talked to me as if I was stupid. Telling me that everything was in their website. I know all information is the website, but I am calling because I prefer speaking with someone on the phone. If you guys do not want to pick up phone calls, then you should say so on your site. Poor customer service skills, it is not what is said but how you say it."

"I do not recommend to stay on these apartments, increase monthly rent almost 20% and when i asked them, they told there are leveraging to market value which is very less and there is no respect at the leasing office to tenets, once you lease the sign you are gone for entire lease tenure. also they have charged for previous four months of Water/Trash/sewage at the time of final settlements , though they are charging for the same every month. simply, ignore these apartments."
