The staff, including Kim, Fatima, Anne, and their manager Karen, are always quick to attend to your needs and resolve any issues promptly!"

"I write this review with a heavy heart, compelled to share the harrowing experience I've had as a resident at Passport Apartments. From the very beginning, my encounter with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by a series of issues and shockingly inadequate customer service. The troubles commenced when we were erroneously charged a rental deposit, despite having already fulfilled our deposit obligation to a third party they contract with. While the mistake was eventually rectified, the nonchalant attitude displayed during this process was not only frustrating but also demeaning. It felt as though the gravity of the situation was trivialized, leaving us to question the professionalism of the staff. Adding insult to injury, a similar situation unfolded with Parcel Pending. A simple oversight on my part—forgetting to set the vacation status on Parcel Pending—resulted in a one-day storage fee being charged and the eventual cancellation of the service due to an expired payment card. When I approached the office to retrieve my package, the staff's treatment was shockingly disrespectful. The individual responsible for retrieving my package not only hounded me but also went so far as to scold me, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcome atmosphere. This mistreatment was especially surprising, as I had never encountered such behavior before. To compound matters, witnessing the same staff member retrieve packages for others without a hint of the disdain she showed me was disheartening. Such inconsistency in treatment has significantly tainted my perception of the management. The pinnacle of frustration was reached during the lease renewal process. The staff's attitude and incompetence were beyond comprehension. It felt as though they were completely unprepared and unwilling to assist, needlessly adding stress to the entire process. Reflecting on my decision to move to Passport Apartments, enticed by the promise of something "new," I can't help but regret it. The lack of professionalism, the disrespectful treatment, and the overall incompetence exhibited by the staff have left an indelible mark on my residency. I now find myself choosing to stay here solely due to the logistical hassle of moving and the convenience of being only 10 minutes away from work. This situation serves as a cautionary tale for anyone contemplating residency here, urging them to weigh the convenience against the potential challenges and disappointments."

"I have to say this that it is the best apartment around Innovation Metro and the people here at leasing office are extremely helpful and kind to help on issues you have. I have been living here and I see the way they engage in celebrating some events throughout the year, trying their best to create a great community, it’s highly appreciated. Kim, Fatima and Anne along with their Manager Karen are always attending to you very cordially. Amenities and the surroundings are well kept and maintenance is their priority. I recommend you to pay a visit to realize what I share is what you see. I am trying to come back to the same apartment as the lease is getting over, should speak volumes about how I feel this place is."

"I’m a resident for almost 9 months now, this is a brand new property with spacious layout and ample room(including spacious closets ) for all my needs. The amenities are truly outstanding; from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the inviting pool area and the sky lounge, there's always something to enjoy. They also organize weekly events which is a best time to meet with the other residents. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional leasing and maintenance staff. Kerri and team are responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Living here has been an absolute delight, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern living experience."

"I had a GREAT tour experience here thanks to Annmarie (thank you!). This is one of the most promising luxury apartment complexes in Herndon, Virginia. It’s got everything. Starting with the outdoor style, it’s very aesthetically pleasing. As you walk into the lobby the mail room is to your right and further down, a small lounge area that leads to the outdoor courtyard and pool (both are under construction, but the complex makes up for this by temporarily waving the amenity fee until it’s up and running). I really enjoyed the plethora of floor plan styles to choose from. Annmarie was super patient and understanding with me, and found the perfect apartments for me to tour. The views are going to be spectacular no matter what orientation you end up living at, and I enjoyed the fact that many units had balconies. In terms of other amenities, the pool seemed promisingly large, the personal office area was big (and had private offices with doors), the rooftop lounge was promising. Sadly I did not get to see the game room or the pet spa, I am assuming those are still under construction. The only downside to these apartments are the prices, which are on the pricier side even though they are pretty far from DC. But then again, it’s a luxury apartment complex."
