"I was there for 2 years in the beginning it was cool. But in time it became very unprofessional. Don't trust ugly Bridggie Wilkerson the leasing manager. That overweight Tellatubie lies bad. She is very fake and phony and all she does is sits and eats. While giving you fake charges you never had. The building is falling apart the top floors feels like it's gonna cave in any day now. They have mice trouble that they refuse to take care of. Forcing me to get cats. Don't get me started on the roaches. They're on there 3rd pest control company because they can't kill the roaches. A trick name TYE who works with them reports everything TYE Lozida something like that. She works at Franklin Square mother baby unit. She is a bum. She walks to work at night 11pm. Watch out for her demon she is. Also it's a guy that's skinny and white who constantly walks back and forth with a gray duffle bag with lime green outline on it. That has been breaking in people's cars and he watches neighbors leave so he can break in people's homes. Leasing manager The fat ugly chick I told ya'll about said she can careless it doesn't concern her. If you love mess then you'll love that trash box of a place."

"I moved in last year. I was l being harassed by a group of young people who would bang on my door and running and dumped garbage on to my front yawn. One night one of my neighbor’s car was taken. Righty outside of my door."

"As a resident who has lived here for five years, I can see the downturn this neighborhood has taken. It used to be a peaceful neighborhood with little noise. Now, there are houses overflowing with tenants, kids staying out all hours of the night making noise; kicking their soccer balls into people's vehicles or they just sit all over your car. The parents don't seem to care and when informing the renters office about the disturbance, I was ignored. They don't have operational security cameras either which would have helped my mother identify the person that crashed into her car in a hit and run. You can't ask the neighbors because most of them speak Spanish or at least pretend they don't know English when they are asked even though I've had many English conversations with most of them. The staff seem to conveniently "miss" any complaints when it comes to maintenance or the neighborhood disturbances and it takes multiple calls before a maintenance order is fixed. Rest assure though, when they actually get to the maintenance order, they will find anything out of place to nickel and dime you for no matter how small the cost is. This place seemed to take this heavy downturn after changing owners at the end of last year."

"I love this apartment and the community. This is the hide away apartments that anyone that wants peace would enjoy. Maintenance is fast. The community is small and hidden. I consider this a safe place to live. Also the pet friendly part is an absolute plus!"

"BED BUGS, SEWAGE BACKUP over a week that gave my fiance GASTROENTERITIS and caused him to miss a week of work and ruin all our bath belongings, two ceiling leaks -one that lasted three weeks off and on and ruined our sofa. These are just SOME of the problems that have occured here since moving in less than a year ago. The leasing manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Our issues are either left unresolved, or handled poorly. For example, she refused to return my calls regarding the bed bugs that we know we did not bring in. She would only email me. We are now left to pay for the cost of laundering everything and possibly having to buy all new furniture when we move, and she has not reassured me that the adjacent units will be inspected. What?! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST RENTAL WE HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!!! The last apartment we lived in had mold, broken appliances, and leaky windows, and we both said we would RATHER BE THERE RIGHT NOW. This place is a NIGHTMARE. The only reason I am writing this review is because I myself check reviews when I look into a business. Unfortunately, there are no other google reviews of FS apartments, and their website only allows 5 star ratings to go through.... SO, I am hoping this will help to deter someone from moving in here and going through what we did. Save yourself the trouble! There are many other minor problems we have addressed that have not been handled/fixed, too. Those include: broken washing machines, carpet tacks that stick up (can't walk barefoot), hot water that doesn't last, broken thermostat, and a $70 water bill every month that we were not told the truth about. We have truly had enough of this place and the poor management. I used to hear good things about WPM but I know first hand now it must depend on your leasing manager. Ours was SUPER nice - until we signed the lease! Then, she showed us she didn't care. Again, I am hoping this will prevent anyone from signing a year lease and dealing with any of this!
