"I am a current resident, and I am honestly extremely pleased with the way that business is handled through Bridge Homes. My rental house was formerly managed by Goal Properties (prior to be taken over by Bridge Homes), and I have never had an issue while being here. Ive been in my house now for over a year. I recently had to use the maintenance portal to have an appliance replaced- and even that was promptly resolved. I had a resolution within 24 hours of filling out a ticket, and replaced (by home depot's timeline) within the week. Their resident portal is extremely user friendly. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. I genuinely have no complaints whatsoever with this company and have felt great partnering with them!"
"Bridge Homes has been a great company to work with as a renter. They have been responsive to my inquiries, questions and emails. The only complaint I have with Bridge Homes is the vendor (SMS) that they work with for maintenance. Up until my most recent issue maintenance was addressed quickly and efficiently. When I realized that my air conditioning was not working in April I reported the issue. Unfortunately, this issue was not addressed quickly or efficiently. I had to open numerous work orders and while companies were sent to diagnose the issue no work was done until I reached out directly to Bridge Homes, over two months after I opened the initial work order. Once I contacted Bridge Homes things moved quickly. They continued to reach out and monitor the situation to ensure that my needs were addressed. I would highly recommend Bridge Homes, but would encourage them to evaluate their maintenance vendor to ensure that a situation like that is not repeated."
