"Terrible place and the worst staff."
"The worse place I’ve lived and I grew up in Baltimore city but this is the worst. You can never have a place to park because it’s so many people that park and hang in the parking lot at night people that don’t even live here. The apartments are infested with mice and roaches. The staff are beyond rude if you go to the front office to ask a question they get smart with you and even called the police on me and 2 of my other neighbors on separate occasions. The appliances are old the dish washer is disgusting they refuse to replace anything. Roaches everywhere. Pipes inside the unit bust. The ceilings always leak from pipes in the unit upstairs. The apartments have mold my neighbor had mold so bad throughout her apartment she had to move. They painted over the mold and moved a woman with 4 kids right into the same apartment a month later. The maintenance men will come to temporarily fix something and tell you it’s only temporary and when they arrive their drunk. The staff that work here live here as well. We’ve had at least 6 apartment fires since I’ve been here in different locations of the complex. The staff arrive on the scene to talk to the fire department and the show up in their night clothes. The staff are rude the apartments are disgusting. The reviews that say good things about this place are the staff writing the reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Moved here in December and it seems to be nothing but issues. Reported scratching noises in the ceiling, pest guy walked in my apartment and turned right around and said he couldn’t get to the space to see. Told me he’d speak to the maintenance guy in the office and nobody’s been out since. The ceiling paint is peeling in the bathroom, the grout is missing on tiles, there’s holes in the corners where the floor meets the wall and there’s ants you cannot get rid of. And despite paying for heat and ac, you can’t even access it all year round! We have our apartment get up to 78/79 degrees and management does NOT care. Air doesn’t get turned on until May (if their engineers can get it figured out) and heat until October. It’s miserable. It’s a decent price for the square footage you get but I’d stay far far away unless this is your last resort."
"We chose DEERTREE APARTMENTS in Timonium, Md. due to the firstly, extremely well maintained properties. It is peaceful and welcoming. The units are spacious, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend DEERTREE Apartments"
