"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE There are no benefits, only losses. This is my second time living here at park place. I lived here previously with my mother and now I am living with my partner. It was amazing the first time around. They paid for water and had trash pick up. Staff went above and beyond. Now that is no longer the case. Water is no longer included with rent and they don’t offer trash pick up. There was never a pool or gym, so there are literally no amenities and nothing to offer. You also can barely have visitors. They tow cars after 10 pm. There are visitors spots but because Park Place is so limited with parking passes for residents, some residents are permanently holding down visitor spots. They will only allow one parking pass per lease holder. So if one lease holder has 2 cars in their name, even if the car is driven by the second lease holder, you cannot have a parking pass. This causes residents to park in visitors spots. They do not offer guest parking passes like other complexes do. They are also getting rid of existing visitor spots all the time, when resident spots aren’t even fully taken up each day."

The leasing office has been very courteous and prompt with answering any questions and concerns that I had. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment."

"Park Place is so central to just about EVERYTHING SCHOOLS, Colleges, stores, buses, subway, interstates etc. They maintain the buildings, property and always quiet. The administration and maintenance does an excellent job always friendly and professional."

"The assistant manager Sheena is very rude and unprofessional I will be reporting her. The paint on the walls are thin and cheap, they only have like 6 visitor parking spaces so nobody can come and visit because all of the visitor parking is always full. They do a horrible job with respecting tenants. Hopefully I dont have to put hands on anybody because they dont know how to talk to people."

"I used to live at Park Place from 04/2019-02/2022 & I absolutely loved it here. If I didn’t have to move due to a job offer in another state, I would still live here. For a 1 bedroom you get not 1, but two closets in the bedroom. Apartment was pretty quiet and the neighbors were pretty friendly. I could be out late in the evening & always find parking within eyesight of my building front door."
