"Update: This doctor was trying to send me to a Dermatologist and if I would have believed him I would still be in horrible pain and have on going infections. There was 7 sutures in my nose and tons of inflammation that needed cut away to heal. Thank God I went to a REAL DOCTOR, Dr. Wang at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, I am feeling better and healing slowly. If you need a ENT PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR Horrible Doctor. Because he didn't know what was wrong we me he was rude and disrespectful. As I was leaving with Evil look told me I hope you never come back. This man is not knowledgeable about his area. And will not answer questions"
"They got my son in quickly due to him having the start of cauliflower ear and him being in wrestling season. The Doctor and nurse practitioner made him feel at ease (even though he has an issue with needles). He had his ear drained and then sewn so he could still wrestle with out the ear filling up again. He has no restrictions and can still become an ear model. Its a win-win going to Dr. Whites office. Wrestlers do not have to wait untill the end of the season to have their ears treated. Get it done ASAP and still be able to wrestle without restriction."
"I want to thank the staff for fitting me in the schedule on on very short notice! Not being an established patient with Dr. White I appreciate their efforts. Dr. White listened to my issues and treated me the same as if I had been an established patient. I never felt rushed or that the Dr. was too busy to listen. I found the Office, Staff and Doctor friendly and professional. Thanks"
"Every experience has been extraordinary! The entire staff always treats me with over-the-top courtesy and respect. They all (including Dr. White) address me by name every time I'm there even if they're not the one taking care of me that day. They truly make me feel like I'm one of the family. Their "motto" posted on the wall reads "Here To Serve" and they take it seriously. They're my favorite medical practice since I returned to Crawford County in 2005."
"The administration staff has no idea what they are doing - specifically Jill. I had an appointment and needed a biopsy scheduled, she supposedly faxed the information to the hospital to schedule my appointment. That was on Thursday, I didn't hear anything for a couple days and called the doctor's office on Tuesday. She supposedly had my information right in front of her to give me a call, what a coincidence. She says she faxed the hospital but they had misplaced my information and she would fax them that day (Tuesday). Tried calling the doctor's office on Wednesday, but it was closed. Called two different hospitals because I wasn't sure which one was sent my fax. Neither had received a fax from Dr. White's office. I get a call from Jill and she left a voicemail saying to call back with questions and gave me my appointment day. That day wouldn't work for me, so I called back the number that called me because the doctor's office was not open and the phone number had a busy tone SO I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT CALLED ME. The first time I called, someone picked up the phone, put me right on hold and disconnected me. So I called back thinking that was an accident. Someone finally answered and EXTREMELY RUDELY said do not call this number, I shouldn't have called you from this number, delete this number. She repeated when my appointment time was and I told her that I can't do that and there was a reason why I needed the sooner appointment that was already supposed to be scheduled. Her response: "oh, that makes sense that you can't make that appointment time. How about I give you the direct number and you can make the appointment.. you'll just need to call me and let me know when you make it for." So what I'm taking from this is SOMEHOW the "hospital" lost her fax TWICE and then SOMEHOW found it today to make the appointment. But the fax was conveniently found after I had called two hospitals (the hospital that she had scheduled my appointment with was one of the hospitals I had called.) What I'm thinking actually happened was that she hadn't sent my fax and just did it today, but who knows, maybe I'm completely wrong. Oh, and let's not forget that when I went to the doctor for my original appointment last week, they had printed off and gave me the incorrect invoice that gave me some other patient's address and other information. As for the doctor, the woman I had met with to check me was great. Admin staff needs lots of work."
