"I have been a patient of this clinic for some time. They constantly have a problem with filling/sending in prescriptions in a timely manner, their documentation is terrible, they aren't consistent in their discharge instructions and they NEVER answer the phone when you call. I have told them several times I don't want narcotics so it's not like I'm mad that I'm not getting any. They just have not provided satisfactory services. Things fall through the cracks too often, they hardly communicate with each other so one person doesn't know what the other has done or what needs to be done. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere."
