"The apartment was very close to local mall and many restaurants. It has a playground for hh e area is near schools and seems quiet. Parking is difficult because their are so many vehicles to many apartments. I rarely can find a handicap space or a parking space close to my building and often have to carry my baby and groceries a long way. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"

"I’ve lived at a few complexes and Belmont Park is by far my favorite. Starting with the Leasing Manager, Ashley. She is the absolute sweetest and most helpful leasing agent I’ve ever experienced. The move in process as well as my time here has been nothing but smooth even down to small maintenance issues. I can guarantee that any issues in my apartment are resolved by Frank the next day, if not the same day ! I love that. I will definitely renew my lease for another year and years to come."

"I have live at this community for quit some time, as if parking is not already a problem. Recently the management installed some handicap parking spaces without notifying the residents. I understand that you may have some disabled residents, however your have other residents as well. In the the event of a change to the property you must notify all residents. This is Fair Not Housing!!! The signs are not visible for people to see and this is unacceptable and I will be contacting the main office regarding this matter. Also to the person that called to report me an got my car towed ,you will reap what you sow!!"
