The constant is simple...Excellent Family Service, Amazing Selection at Great Prices. If they should not have something, they'll order it for you. I live on the west coast and I'm fond of many vineyards. When I moved back, I was able to find a great Santa Barbara Chardonnay at an even better priced than I got at the vineyard!
