"Clean, organized, and friendly. Prices were good, all things considered. Lots of friendly staff on registers, so no waiting in line! Great produce and overall selection. Happy!"
"The staff was friendly and respectful. The store was clean and my order was made correctly."
"Deli: the only person who know how to cut and package meat is Bev. She’s the best. Bev gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There’s another lady that works during the week that’s pretty great too. Kelly. But weekends. Mehhh… I’ve gotten way too much weirdly cut meat and cheese. Pharmacy: 5 stars. They rock, love them all. They know me by name and I appreciate that! The rest of the store: they closed off the second entrance and the machines are super sensitive at self check out. So it’s a super pain in the butt to get in and out. I love the products here, as they are high quality but they make it so hard to get them."
"Terrible customer service!!! Their self-checkout machines never work correctly (and you are forced to use them since there is no one working at the registers) Today at the self-checkout, I had trouble with every single item I scanned, so about 15 items, the employee had to come over and fix the error on the machine every single time. Two of the times I had to sit and wait for the employee to walk back to the aisle to get a similar item to try to scan. Then my phone number wasn’t being accepted to get the couple cent discount on the total, and finally my payment wasn’t being accepted- even though the funds were there. So the employee said he had to get his manager, so we stood around for 5 minutes until one walked over finally. But this woman (short, grey hair, glasses) was more concerned with fixing the machine then getting me checked out, even though I had been standing there for 30 minutes at that point wasting my time. The machine was more important to her. She never even apologized for the inconvenience or anything. I ended up just checking myself out at a different self checkout because it was obvious no one cared enough to help me out. Absolutely ridiculous. You all lost a frequent customer today!!!!"
"I love this Giant Food store. I'm disabled and use a powered wheelchair to get around. I've experienced nothing but friendly staff and customers. They offer to help whether it looks like I need it or if I ask all are willing to help. When I go in to shop I go to the customer service counter and let them know I am shopping. If I don't recognize anyone there I'll explain to them what I'm doing As I fill one of my reusable grocery bag I take it back to customer service and they put it aside for me. I use the Giant Scan App on my cell phone. So when I'm done shopping I go through one of the self checkout or any of the other lines (you'll just need to hand your cell phone to the cashier if you used scan app). I select checkout now in the App. I then scan the barcode which is generated by the App. It's also linked to my bonus card and coupons I've clipped. I pay and finish checkout, go to customer service, get my bags I've been dropping off and ask for help to get my purchases to my car. They put my bags into my car for me and I'm finished. In the past I've tried to do everything myself and just ended up hurting myself. By packing my own bags as I shop I don't have any "bagging" issues. No smashed bread, etc. If I'm not going to get much I can attach the grocery bags on my wheelchair and I don't use customer service to drop off my bags. I also like saving 20 - 30 cents per gallon when I fill up my car with gas. Did you know they have fruit in baskets in and around produce that contains free fruit for children. You don't need to be disabled to get help either. Need to buy 3 cases of bottled water, etc. Just go to customer service or when you checkout the cashier can take care of you. Cashier will ring it up for you, have someone go back and get it off the shelf for you and have someone put it into your car for you, just ask. Even when I'm in the parking lot either putting my wheelchair on/off my lift people will ask if I need assistance. Besides groceries the sell flowers potted and arrangements, plants, herbs, balloons, stamps, gift cards, lottery, seasonal merchandise, bakery (made to order cakes etc) with the best double chocolate chip muffins you'll ever eat. You'll find them just in front of the bakery counter on large muffin pans inside a display. I've tried some of the other muffins and they are excellent. Be advised they also make chocolate chip muffins and while great I love the Double Chocolate Chip muffins even more."
