"Based on physical therapy experiences following several unrelated surgeries, I had set expectations as I walked through the door of Nova Care in Ambridge, Kristen Warzynski lost no time putting me to work. Shoulder reconstruction surgery in November 2017 left me pretty much incapacitated when trying to use my right shoulder/arm. Each session started with electrical stimulation to get a better blood flow to the shoulder. Then came a set routine which required all range involvement of that major joint, muscles and tendons. Kristen has been unrelentless, which was the best approach possible with me. After finishing my routine, I was treated to a MARVELOUS shoulder/back massage and then ice. Wonderful! Kristen is so knowledgeable and employs her sense of humor, as well, with great results. Her focus is always on my complete recovery. Another element which contributes enormously to my sessions is the presence of other former patients who have chosen to extend their personal wellness by paying a minimal monthly fee in order to use the equipment at Nova Care to promote their physical and mental health. They are often hilarious and really make the time go by quickly. I would give this particular Nova Care location 10 stars, if that were possible!"
