"I will never come back here. I will never use nationwide again. They cut off my insurance without informing me, I drove uninsured for over a month, thinking I was covered...since they didn't inform me that I was no longer covered but sent me a proof of insurance...I thought all was good. I spoke with ginger, who said she would search EVERY AUTO INSURANCE to make sure I got the best deal...and I didnt, never heard back from her. I have to pay more now because, they mail out EFT consents, etc, which I did not get and NATIONWIDE ins dropped the ball. Do not waste your time or money here. Progressive direct gave me a better rate and all my forms were signed electronically. I do not have to worry if I get their mail or not. My progressive policy was active same day, cheaper than this place and my EFT authorization was automatic so I do not have to worry..."
