"I've lived at Rolling Park for over a year, and it is a wonderful place to live. The staff [Shanita, Shawan, Antonio & Tony] is friendly, caring, and most importantly, competent. My building is clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. I love the special events where residents and staff can socialize, and I look forward to the upcoming holiday ugly sweater party."

"They are not 4 or 5 stars I have lived here for 4.5 yrs .The rent is too high the floors are terrible and air blow through the windows and doors while closed you hear everything around you under neath I hear everything my neighbors are doing .The management staff is cool but they don't have a say on nothing they just puppets raggedy over priced ant and everybody come into the buildings drug deals on the parking lot daily unknown people dumping trash at night that you pay for. .not really a safe place to live The property owners only care about money."

The service team also greets you when they see on property as well. Which made us like the property even more. Overall the property is good and the apartment is a nice and very spacious. Some apartments had better and more affordable amenities, but no property had a leasing team as welcoming as Shawan P. and Sharita Mc. They are professional and a pleasure to interact with and were the deciding factor in my decision. It's refreshing to meet a staff that will greet you with a smile and remembers your name. I love the layout of my apartment and the convenience of having a nice size laundry room and storage area. The buildings are clean, and the upkeep of the property is lovely. A special thank you to Donte and Antonio; I can literally look out my window and see them working non-stop to maintain the property. It's been a few months since we moved to Rolling Park, and it comes with our highest recommendation.
