"The dumpsters are always trashy and has furniture laid out front of it, maintenance people drive on the grass here and are lazy!! some apartments have roaches and mice. DO NOT LIVE HERE"

"The leasing staff is rude and rarely available. We have reached out to them multiple times & never get an answer. Our move in date was the 10th but was moved to the 19th without our knowledge. The person who answers the phone always has an attitude and rushes you off the phone. The communication within the leasing office is a red flag, hopefully this is not how it will be for the duration of our lease."

"Property manager Sharika is unprofessional. As well as the other girl who works there. They don’t know how to properly conduct business. They always losing somebody information & completely disorganized. Worst people to try and deal with. It’s a rip off & they try to do slick stuff to get you. Definitely a scam like ran business."

"I have lived here since 2017 but since the new owners took over this place is nothing to write home about. Whithin the last year our building has become infested with mice and roaches it is becoming unbearable and when you report it it takes week or months before they come. They do they bear minimum when it comes to pest control. Dunhill village apartments used to be amazing"

"If you are looking to move into an actually renovated apartment do not look to move here. The foundation is old and they really don’t care about fixing the problems at hand. No matter how many times you reach out to them they ignore you because they feel like they can. For 1300 a month you can live better somewhere else."
