"I have live at Liberty Place for 3 years now I moved back because they had the best rent with everything included , Cierra helped me so graciously when I moved in and helps me whenever I need it . Maintenance is top tier you can put in a request at night and they will be there in the morning, no rodents thanks to Liberty Place keeping the property in tip top shape I love it here won’t move till I buy a house !"

"Tho I didn't wait to get the apartment because I was running out of time, Ciera was great. She was efficient and moved as quickly as she could to get my application approved. Ciera explained, all options to get approve for the apartment. She called me back and everything. I think they need a new system far as applying because four days to see if you are approve is too long."

"My living experience at Liberty Place Apartment has been nothing short but utterly awesome and highly satisfactory. The entire management team are highly professional,courteous, diligent, helpful and proactive in meeting residential needs. The environment is always clean and the maintenance staffs have been very friendly and helpful always ready to go an extra mile. A big shout to the boss ladies at the leasing office: Maria, Ciera, and the biggest boss lady of them all, Gabrielle (Property Manager). "Lived here for two years Pros: Maintenance comes out pretty fast if there is an issue. I’ve never had any real issue with staff. Pretty safe area. Never a time I felt unsafe. Cons: Definitely a mouse problem, they come out and put down sticky pads which isn’t doing much. My allergies were terrible at this place. It’s a consistent damp air quality. And there was definitely mold in the vents. Which they denied even though I got it tested myself. Prior to covid all packages go straight to the office instead of your home even if you’re home which can be inconvenient. My security deposit was low so I won’t complain but they charged me $175 for a “patch” of carpet, which is expected wear and tear. They should replace the carpet of every unit automatically . Just a reason to keep money. Not worth it."
