"You have a long wait cuz not enough staff one lady to do everything I don't recommend going here for any lab work or X-rays"

"Good lab for typical adult tests. However, on one occasion I took my 9 month old, waited 15 min, got called back just to be told they can't draw blood on a baby. On another occasion they told me that they couldn't guarantee they could do a 3 hour glucose test accurately due to that there is only one phlebotomist at a time."

"The lady who runs this lab is wonderful. She is great at taking blood. You never feel the jab which is a plus when getting blood work done. I've never had to wait for results from this lab. I also have UPMC insurance so that may make a difference. My results are normally on line in a day. Some tears make take longer than others as well. I go to this lab for ALL of my labs. Highly recommend them!!"

"The staff are friendly and professional, but they are unreliable in actually getting my lab results to my doctors. I had tests done three weeks ago, and my doctor says they are still having to pursue calling to get results. One of my tests was very out of range and meant my medication needed adjusting, and I called to ask them to send it to my primary care doctor in addition to the other doctor who ordered it, and they didn't do so. I had to follow up again two weeks later, and the lady who answered the phone apologized that it hadn't been done before, but "I'm very busy so I will try to do it this afternoon." I am not coming back here, because I want my doctors to have my lab results promptly and not have to call more than once."
