"It has been extremely hard to get med refills here. Unless you call on Thursday or Friday when psychiatrist is in. If you let your meds run low as i have done at times you will be without those meds for the week till then. This is unacceptable for those who rely on them for anxiety relief or are perhaps dealing with depression. If you have not been seen for a while and that’s what is preventing you from getting refills this needs communicated to the patient."

"When I went here my counselor was great, the reception was very nice and helpful, but I was put on medication that wasn't working for me. I expressed it wasn't working and that it made some things worse and they upped the dosage even more. Few months later it had hurt my mental health more than help. In short it caused a lot of other issues. The counselor I had see, Jen, was incredibly helpful and I still use a lot of the tips she gave me all these years later. 5 stars for her, 1 for the psychiatrist aspect."

"I have such an amazing counselor, when I leave after speaking with Gavin I feel 99% better and our meeting will carry me through the week till I get to see him again and we tackle whatever was affecting me that week!!! I was so nervous the 1st time I came in to talk but he made me feel so comfortable and he seems to actually care!! So thank you Gavin I have been a real support for me and I appreciate it so much!!! "Some of the counselors are fine but the billing is always super unorganized; I asked the receptionist for months if I needed to pay anything and was told no until all of a sudden I couldn’t schedule anymore because I had an “outstanding balance” of hundreds of dollars. I was just in the office today and a woman came in with the exact same complaint so I know I’m not the only one. The psychiatrist doesn’t listen very well and seems to just prescribe you with random meds that don’t fit your diagnosis. The receptionist doesn’t seem to care about having positive relationships with the patients and at times is downright rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The therapist that I saw was very personable and nice. Although she didn't seem like she was listening. She just wanted to "fix" me. Dr. McFadden was very unapproachable and it was an ask and answer sort of appointment. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful when calling with concerns. I have been treated and made to feel as if my needs don't matter and that I was being a bother, trying to figure out why I couldn't get a prescription refilled. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone, with any sort of serious issues to work through."
