"Our recent stay at Cottage on King Street left us with mixed feelings, and I believe it's important to share our experience to help others make informed decisions. Firstly, the lack of acoustic isolation was a significant issue; we could hear every noise from the street, making it hard to find peace at any time of the day. Additionally, there was a persistent loud buzzing noise emanating from across the street every few minutes, further disrupting our peace. The absence of central heating in the property led to a slow and uneven heating process in each room, which was less than ideal during our stay. This issue was compounded by the lack of blackout blinds, resulting in our rooms being flooded with daylight early in the morning and disturbing our sleep. We also encountered challenges with the WiFi connection, which was spotty and slow, with just two bars of signal strength at best. This made it difficult for us to stay connected, whether for leisure or work. The absence of a dishwasher in the kitchen added to our inconvenience, as it meant spending more time on chores when we would have preferred to relax. Overall, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The combination of noise disturbances, inadequate heating, and lack of essential amenities like effective blinds and a reliable internet connection meant that we could not sleep well or get any rest. While we understand that every accommodation has its limitations, we believe that addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests."

"The coziest/best/magical place to stay in Leesburg. You can literally walk to everything there is to do in historic downtown. We walked to dinner, then picked up a local bottle of wine, and hung outside on the patio by a fire pit. The home was spotless and not to mention super well designed. A truly amazing experience all around and will definitely be back!"
