NPA saved my life because ACL in Erie since Aug 2022 have either not run my tests at all, or mishandled the specimens, while I got sicker and sicker. "Do not recommend this place, second time they have withheld medication I need, I have rheumatoid arthritis and vasculitis, both very painful conditions! Today I was told I transferred care to another CNRP , I have an appointment in July, wondering WHO TOLD THEM IM TRANSFERING CARE? "This review should be a 0! Have tried to get an appointment since December 14. Was on the phone while in route to PA from NC. Needed a practice with an endocrinologist. Spoke with someone about setting up an appointment ASAP due to my daughter having just been released from an ICU after 8 days. Was told they could see her bc she was on Medicare. They needed PA Medicaid also with their name on the card. They now say the will not accept her as a patient. The scheduler was extremely unprofessional and yelling in the phone as we tried to understand why there was a change. This is extremely unprofessional and has added additional stress to a complicated condition."

"I see Dr. Cole. I have been waiting for an MRI to be ordered since July 20th. The 1st time the Dr forgot to order it. I called the office after 3 weeks waiting to hear and the office girl said she would get back to me. Never did. Here I am almost 2 months later and still waiting ! Is it the Dr or his staff ? I wonder !"

"I see Dr Cole. I went in to see him for the first time 3 months ago. I was walking with a cane, in tremendous amounts of pain and ready to give up. Both Dr Cole and his nurse Amy work great together as a team and I love them both. Amy has greeted cordially and by my first name. I like that she is forward and asks questions because I feel that it displays her confidence, skill, and professionalism. Together, they helped me so much and I'm now walking without a cane and my pain levels have decreased significantly after being misdiagnosed 4 times by 4 previous doctors. I recommend the two of them to everyone. If you want the job done and done promptly and accurately, go to see Dr Cole and Amy."
