"Just for thoroughness, I want to edit this review… this company does not care about anything you need after you write a positive review. Dawn was super helpful in the beginning and so was her supervisor, but now I can’t even get work orders completed that I submitted over a month ago. They have also been charging me for this “air filter” program since I moved in but no one has been able to locate where the air filters even go. When I asked for a refund for the months that have lapsed, they NEVER responded. So, if you do rent from them, maybe hold off on writing a review until all issues that need their attention has been resolved."
