"My mother has lived there two years now, she loves the people. The place is very clean, hallways are somewhat sparse but what do you expect for subsidized housing for the elderly? There are nice common areas and they do have activities at no cost. The administrators have always been very helpful and friendly. It is right across the street from the senior center for Frederick so that is very convenient. No smoking on the grounds, and they mean it. You have to be totally off the property, which I think is great with so many elderly people in close proximity."

"Nice, very clean,recently renovated, complex of about 130 units. exercise room, craft center, computer lounge, and a community room, seating 63 people comfortably. All new appliances in kitchen, which is adjoining the community room for resident gatherings. Community room used for concerts, parties, dances, game night, and worship services. Large, flat screen TV in sitting area of the first floor community. Community room also used for resident meetings, held monthly. Management office staff very resident-friendly. Comfortable place to live. Three major bus lines Monday through Friday and one on Saturday. Taxi service very adequate."
