"I was just checking reviews,I'm not impressed no one has responded too any of the reviews either. My doctor just recommended them. They called me yesterday they can't see me until end of July really, reason is only 1 doctor for this. You expect people with mental health problems too wait that long. If I have another breakdown like I did in October I might not be around for the appointment. No wonder there is such a problem with mental health illness in the world."

"I have no problems scheduling at this facility. I feel like my providers care about my mental health and do well managing it."

"I have physically been in this location on five occasions. The front desk staff are always rude, condescending and have violated HIPPA laws on two occasions. They are unaware of their surroundings and I have overheard them discussing a patients billing and discussing (and mocking) a phone call with patient. They have no compassion and zero business working in mental health. This morning I called to make an appointment for my child and when the current counselor did not have any appointments for several weeks, I asked if we could look into another therapist. The woman on the phone LAUGHED at me and said “ there’s no one else”. Why on earth is it funny that a child is in need of mental health support and no one is available? Why would any one ever laugh in that scenario? The doctor and therapist at this location need to address the lack of compassion their front desk has. This staff needs a lesson in basic human decency."

"They don’t listen and are very rude.I’ve told them on multiple occasions I’m allergic to Vistaril, yet they keep suggesting it. They also tried to put me on Buspar and argue with me that there was no drug interaction even though the pharmacy had already confirmed it had a major drug interaction with one of my other medications. They were so unhelpful. After calling for my panic attacks (that last hours),I ended up feeling worse and cried because they suggested no solutions. They heard me cry on the phone too and heard my panic and still did nothing. They gave me no solutions or help for my panic attacks. Waste of time. My depression has also not changed in the 3 or so months I’ve been seeing him. They really just don’t listen."

"I was a person responsible for taking a patient here. They treated her horribly. They didn’t listen to any of the concerns. From every meeting I was in with her, the doctor rarely listened and continuously repeated things over and over that weren’t helpful. The nurse constantly interrupts and also doesn’t listen. The concern does not seem to be about the patients well-being. This was my personal experience here."
