"I was one of the first ones moved here 5 years ago it was nice and now it is becoming to be a disgrace with people leaving cups with liquor in it in the hallway and hallway carpet with stains because the people that's moving in now don't even care"
"I wouldn't recommend Sinclair Way Apartments to anyone. The Health and living conditions are horrible. From lack of parking, paper thin walls and floors, health and safely issues not fixed properly. The only thing positive with Sinclair Way is an employee by the name of Carly. However there's other management that are very unprofessional, that would put the business before the safety and health of their tenants."
"Our experience with Sinclair way Management started off alright...I do believe the management could have been more accommodating with tenants who are on SSI and SSD. Everyone don't received their checks on the 3rd of the month, some tenants with SSD doesn't received their checks to the 4th week of the month, which is when they could pay their rent. It is different when a tenant is 2 or 3 months behind, but if you're paying within the same month, why do management have to send out an eviction notice every month to you. This was very annoying to us...We paid our rent plus late fee. As far as the townhome. It was very nice and Large rooms. Walls are paper thin, and yes you can hear your neighbors running, talking, and etc. As far as getting things fixed in your home, they would be very slow about it. As far as the community staff is concern, Colette, and Karla are very nice people who have help me and my husband when we needed them the most. Please do not fault them for things that were out of their control. They have bosses over them that make the rules. Thank you Colette and Karla for all you have done for Mr. & Mrs. Cummings, but it's time for us to move on."
"The walls and floors are paper thin, so if your neighbors like to stomp across their floor 24/7 or blast their TV have fun never having a moment of peace again. Management doesn't care. They lie about the quality of the building. The smoke alarm goes off every time I cook. Probably because it's placed three feet from the stove. So that's great. There's basically no parking. This is so they can gouge you an extra $50/mo to park in their garage. I've had my car broken in to. I've seen people sleeping on the stairs. Screaming arguments in the parking lot are an every day occurrence. Some of the residents had to be told NOT TO DIG THROUGH THE DUMPSTER. That is the sort of community this is. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. For being "affordable housing" it doesn't seem affordable unless you're living off nothing but a social security check. Then your rent would scale to about what this place is worth. If you have an actual job then this place is absolute garbage for the price. Signing a lease here was a huge mistake and the second I can afford it I'll sacrifice my security deposit just to get out. In a year or two this place will be a run down wreck, because the buildings are terribly constructed and the people that live here have no respect for their surroundings or their neighbors."
"The walls are paper thin and inadequate parking. I can here my neighbors conversations, when they flush their toilet and when they walk around in the apt. There is not enough parking space to accommodate the number of tenants. They have additional parking but they want you to rent it. They only provide one parking sticker for two car family, there is no designated visitor parking space. Since the apt is smoke free, there is no convenient designated smoking area. But i guess you get what you pay for."
