"The office staff Laurie is a piece of work. Hasn't been able to communicate for anything. We had to do all of the work getting an MRI approved because she didn't follow through. Previous office manager had to step in to help us get the care for our daughter. Now Dr Fahim is cancelling appointments every time we have one scheduled and the office staff literally waits until we arrive before canceling the appointments. My daughter has had issues for over 2.5 years with her foot and we just get told that we can move our appointment to a Saturday 1.5 hours from us. It's absolutely absurd that they even bother scheduling appointments if they can't meet them or at least contact the patient prior to their arrival and driving to get to the office. Either they make it right or we are going to look for another doctor before my daughter ends up with permanent issues the rest of her life! ."

"First time visit, was very pleased with my care I received. Staffing took good care of my needs , Dr. Flo examined my feet ,then did my nail care. The rooms were very clean. I'm a diabetic so they checked my very good. Will highly recommend this facility to other diabetics and anyone else that needs foot and ankle care."
